Beki Billings Artist maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

 

DELIVERY

Unless specified otherwise, your order will be despatched within 5 business days after it has been fully paid for. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once your order has been dispatched.

Small paintings on paper are packaged in a board backed envelope and posted using a Royal Mail Signed.

 

Paintings on canvas or wooden panel are bubble wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box and sealed postage bag. Shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service or similar.

I am currently only shipping within the UK and is within 5 business days. Cost of UK delivery is no greater than £5. Please note shipping time might vary depending on your location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order - bekibillings.artist@gmail.com
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns, or offer refunds for custom or personalised orders.

 
Conditions of return:
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
